Kroll (InfoLink Screening Services) has integrated its employment screening services with industry-leading applicant tracking solutions (ATS), human resource management solutions (HRMS) and other complementary HR services. Human Resource applications featuring Kroll's Integrated Background Screening® enable clients to easily order services and retrieve reports from within the application.

Integrated Partners Simplify Recruiting. Kroll's integrated HR application partners help you manage job posting, the application process, assessment questions, interviews and employment offers. One of the main features of applicant tracking software is an online employment application that can mirror you current paper employment application. Candidates simply complete your employment application form online and their information is saved to your ATS for hiring managers to query, view and print as a PDF document if necessary. After candidates are pre-qualified and ranked by your assessment questions, you’re ready to conduct background checks, drug testing and physical exams.

Integrated Background Screening® streamlines the employment screening process. Using solutions that feature Kroll's Integrated Background Screening® will enable you to:

  • Simply click a button/link in your integrated HR application to initiate background checks with Kroll.
  • Securely transfer candidate information from your integrated HR application to Kroll's web-based service to pre-populate required data fields.
  • Eliminate duplicate data entry and reduce data entry errors.
  • Standardize your screening program company-wide by approved background checks being pre-selected.
  • Review completed and archived reports, as well as reports in progress, in real time directly from your integrated HR application.
